Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from Mugello, naturally rich in antioxidants and polyphenols
Extra virgin olive oil produced in respect for the environment and without the use of chemicals. Perfectly balanced, fresh, and smooth on the palate, with herbaceous notes and a sweet almond finish. A classic oil with medium fruitiness; a blend crafted from the typical varieties of the ‘Florentine Hills’: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino

Aromatic herb sea salt
Only genuine ingredients. Organic spices produced on the farm and salt from the nearby salt pans. Due to the high quality and concentration of the ingredients, it is recommended for raw use on meats, vegetables, legumes, and soft cheeses
Available in three flavours options (165Gr):
- Tuscan -with Chianti wine and rosemary. Coarse salt infused for 48 hours in a reduction of Chianti I.G.P. wine, with the addition of fresh rosemary
- Aceto Balsamico Semi-fine salt infused for 48 hours in a reduction of Modena I.G.P. balsamic vinegar
- Porcini - Fine salt with the addition of dried Italian porcini mushrooms and fresh nipitella.
Pure unfiltered honey from Mugello
Pure unfiltered chestnut or wildflower honey, produced with respect for the environment and the bees’ natural rhythm, without the use of chemicals. Cold-extracted to preserve the enzymes, vitamins, and minerals intact
